Figures for Royal Borough students going on to Oxbridge 'are not good enough'

Moves to plug a predicted shortfall of 200 school places should be a catalyst for improving the number of Oxbridge students from Windsor and Maidenhead.

That was the call from the leader of the Royal Borough, Cllr David Burbage, at a cabinet meeting last night, who said the figures for home-grown students going on to study at the nation's top universities
