Environment Agency: Eton Wick streams back to 'normal' following contamination

Water quality in Eton Wick streams have returned to 'normal' after being contaminated by sewage, according to the Environment Agency (EA).

Homeowners in the village complained about 'blue, grey effluent sludge' lining their gardens and of a 'foul smell' coming from the Roundmoor and Boveney Ditches earlier in January

The sewage leak came from the Slough Treatment Works, in Wood Lane,
