George Bathurst not on Tory shortlist for 2015 council elections

A Conservative councillor has been dropped by his party ahead of next year's elections.

Cllr George Bathurst, who was elected to the Castle Without Ward in 2011, is not on his party's candidate shortlist to contest the three seats in 2014.

He is also the brains behind plans to build a multi-million Windsor Link Railway (WLR) that would link the lines
