Human tissue licence revoked at Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals Trust

An under-pressure hospital trust has had its licence to store human tissue revoked over concerns out-of-date bones are being used in surgery.

A report published by the Human Tissue Authority on Wednesday, identified five major shortfalls at the Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals Trust following its inspection in February.
