Gareth Ainsworth continued his summer strengthening at Adams Park with the capture of forward Jason Banton on an initial one-year deal.

The 22-year-old left Plymouth Argyle in the summer having impressed against the Chairboys in the two play-off semi-final meetings between the clubs, scoring in the first leg at Home Park.
