Trial awaits a 29-year-old man from Windsor charged with assault by beating and possessing a knife in a public place.
Scott Blair, of Park Corner, is also being tried for stealing £27.64 worth of cigarettes and alcohol from a Co-operative Food store.
All the charges are said to have taken place in Windsor from July 2-3.
He is due for trial at Reading Crown Court on October 14.
