The Poppy Appeal in Windsor is under threat unless new volunteers come forward to run it.
Organisers David Ball and Michelle Stratton have stepped down and 83-year-old Bill Marsh is due to retire next year.
Poppy Appeal community fundraiser Annie Duffin said: “It would be a huge shame if we can not get any more organisers to continue running the local appeal.
"You do not need to be a Royal British Legion member to volunteer, just willing to help make a difference."
Money raised all goes to the Legion which supports members of the British Armed Forces past and present.
