A record number of teams will be taking to the water for good causes on Sunday.
The 16th annual Lions Club Windsor Swimathon will be staged at its usual venue, the Leisure Centre in Stovell Road.
Last year's swimmers raised £12,500 for their favourite good causes, as eight teams swam for 55 minutes with individuals taking it in turns to do two lengths.
This year the organisers are hoping to top that. The first swimmers will take to the pool at 8pm and the event will last most of the morning.
The Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead Cllr Colin Rayner will be there to cheer everyone on.
