Royal Windsor Horse Show organisers have teamed up with the college to give 20 students the chance to work behind the scenes in areas including the stables, press office, hospitality and floral.

Simon Brooks-Ward, managing director of HPower, which organises the horse show, said he hopes the initiative will give students an insight into what it takes to run a multi-disciplined equestrian event.

"It is a huge team effort to put on a show like this, juggling not only the equine competitions, but also making sure the spectators are well looked after at all times,” he said.

The show runs from May 13-17 in the castle grounds.
