Pets from Old Windsor’s Battersea Dogs and Cats Home travelled across the country to find their loving homes last year.
From Missy the English Springer Spaniel who was rehomed to Englefield Green just metres from the centre to Jackson the Basset Griffon Vendeen Grand who made a 350 mile journey to Berwick, Northumberland, the northernmost town in England.
The most popular area of the year was the Twickenham postcode, which pipped the SL postcode to the post.
Each year, the rescue centre cares for about 1,400 dogs.
Two-year-old Boxer Reggie (pictured above) has just celebrated his one year anniversary at the Priest Hill rescue centre.
The charismatic pooch is currently looked after in a foster home but is looking for his own family.
Reggie has been at the home for more than 10 times the average 36 day stay.
If you can offer Reggie a home, please contact Battersea Old Windsor on 01784 494 443.
