Maidenhead United academy products go head-to-head in penalty competition for Magpies 150 Challenge

Maidenhead United’s Academy products Reece Smith and Fred Chapman have challenged each other to a penalty shoot out competition in aid of the Magpies 150 Challenge.

Winger Reece and goalkeeper Fred, who both played for United’s first team last season, are to go head-to-head from the spot with Smith believing he can score 75 per cent of his 150 penalties.

The two players and friends are both home grown products having come through the club’s successful academy.

You can sponsor Reece and Fred in their duel and the club plans to bring supporters coverage of the event online when it takes place.

Funds raised from the Magpies 150 Challenge will be split equally between 15 local charities in Windsor and Maidenhead. The club hopes to raise more than £150,000 for good causes to mark its 150th anniversary year.
