Slough Town Ladies take on collective challenge to raise money for NHS key workers

Slough Town’s ladies team have been collectively walking and running 812miles to raise funds for NHS staff and key workers.

The squad are in the process of covering the distance between Falmouth and Wick – the towns with the country’s most far apart hospitals – and have been raising hundreds of pounds for the NHS in the process.

They hope to complete their challenge sometime during May, and break their fundraising goal of £500. They have been recording their individual walks and runs on smart phones, watches and activity trackers while out for their daily exercise close to their homes.
