EastEnders actress Anita Dobson helped re-launch a new and improved Thames Hospice shop in Sunninghill.
The television star cut the ribbon at the shop in the High Street and was joined by volunteers at the hospice and chairman of Sunninghill Parish Council, Cllr Allison Sharpe.
Julie Rowley, director of retail at Thames Hospice, said: “Anita’s support on top of our existing loyal customer base, should ensure we generate lots of money so we can continue to care for local patients and their families at Thames Hospice.”
The refurbished store, which opened on Friday, April 15, includes a boutique section which will feature the more sought-after donations as well as men and women’s fashion and children’s toys.
