Traditional welly wanging was a highlight of the May Fair held at the Trevelyan Middle School on Saturday.
The rain held off for the fundraising fair in Windsor which was well attended.
The funds raised from the day at the Wood Close school will go towards new outdoor playground equipment in partnership with Sport England, which will match the amount raised by the school for the facilities.
Frankie Theobalds, a member of the school’s Parent Teacher Association, said: “The day went really well, we’re very happy with how it went and it was well attended despite the bad weather forecast.
“We had traditional welly wanging, a beat the goalie game, all our food sold out, there was a tombola and a raffle too.
“There was something for all the family.”
The total raised on the day is still being calculated.
