Schools across Windsor, Wraysbury and Datchet staged their own 'opening ceremony' on Tuesday.
Clearly still inspired by last year's Olympic ceremony, the seven schools taking part in the annual Windsor Sports College Gym and Dance Show had spent three weeks rehearsing their 'collaboration dance'.
The show was staged at Windsor Boys School and featured children aged from nine to 18 from seven schools - all part of the Windsor Sports College partnership.
They all did their own thing. But the opening dance brought them all together Olympic-style to start it off.
The partnership development manager Claire Yeoman said: "Last year's show had an Olympic theme. This year's looked ahead to the next Olympics with a carnival theme designed to represent Rio de Janeiro."
