Officers are warning bank users to inspect ATM's in the area before withdrawing cash after a few scams last month.
In a Windsor central neighbourhood police update for February, PC Val De Haan said people were scammed from devices attached to abstract information.
He also said the snow brought a 'spate of anti-social behaviour' and some windows were broken by snowballs and one person was assaulted.
And PC De Haan said the total number of serious crimes, which took place in central Windsor last month was 28.
These included 17 assaults, one burglary from a home, three burglaries from businesses, seven thefts from motor vehicles and no theft of motor vehicles.
