A taxi driver accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Windsor is due to answer bail.
The 29-year-old from Slough was arrested on Wednesday and has been bailed to return to Maidenhead Police Station on Monday.
The force said a 22-year-old woman was assaulted by a taxi driver in Hatch Lane, at 2am on Sunday, January 13 but she got out of the vehicle and he drove off.
Officers have been working closely with taxi companies in Windsor and the Royal Borough, which licenses taxi drivers as part of its investigation.
More than 50 street parties are set to take place this weekend across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.
