Plans which could see the former Bricklayers Arms in Windsor demolished and replaced by three terraced houses will be discussed next week.
Applicant Cllr Tom Bursnall has bought the Hatch Lane building with the intention of creating three three-bed town houses.
He will see his plans debated by the Windsor urban development control panel on Wednesday, March 27.
The meeting will be held at the Guildhall at 7pm.
