Plans which could see the former Bricklayers Arms in Windsor demolished and replaced by three terraced houses will be discussed next week.

Applicant Cllr Tom Bursnall has bought the Hatch Lane building with the intention of creating three three-bed town houses.

He will see his plans debated by the Windsor urban development control panel on Wednesday, March 27.

Also at the meeting will be discussed:

  • Plans for the demolition of Mahjacks DIY store in Dedworth.
  • Change of use of offices at 6 Clarence Road to two one-bedroom flats and two studio flats.
  • Demolition of former 19A Peel Close to be replaced by five three-bedroom houses.
  • A new nursery at 1-6 Ward Royal Parade, in Alma Road, to serve 40 children with eight staff between 7.30am and 6pm.
