A suspect arrested by police in connection with a sexual assault on a woman in Windsor has been released without charge.
The 29-year-old man from Slough was arrested on February 6 and answered bail at Maidenhead Police Station today.
The force said a 22-year-old woman was assaulted by a taxi driver in Hatch Lane at 2am on Sunday, January 13, but she got out of the vehicle and he drove off.
Officers have been working closely with taxi companies in Windsor and the Royal Borough, which licenses taxi drivers, as part of its investigation.
Police are appealing for information and if anyone has any they should call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
