The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead's first official town crier in a century will make his public debut on Easter Sunday tomorrow.
Chris Brown will accompany the Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead Cllr Colin Rayner in procession from the Guildhall to the Parish Church at 11am.
Chris' new livery was designed by David Coulthard of Tom Brown's tailors in Eton.
The coat took 60 hours to complete, made by David and his team. It is purple, the buttons being decorated with the Royal Standard's three lions motif and the coat with Tudor roses in memory of Henry VIII who is buried in the borough.
The tricorn hat was made by Ascot Top Hats featuring an oak leaf design and the outfit is completed by boots in late 18th century style.
