Talented acrobatic brothers Gareth and George Wood faced their biggest challenge yet when they helped 'train up' television superstars Ant and Dec.
Gareth, 18 and George, 13, of Tudor Lane, Old Windsor are part of an amazing family of acrobats - along with their sister Hollianne, 16 and youngest brother Christian, 11.
But being part of the team that helped make acrobats out of television's favourite funny guys for their Saturday Night Takeaway show was something new.
Gareth said: "We had three training sessions with them at Heathrow Gym.
"Ant and Dec were great fun and really put themselves through it. They kept getting thumped as they learned how to catch people and must have got pretty stiff and bruised."
Gareth, George and sister Hollianne, 16 are all veterans of the gymnastic troupe Spelbound and have travelled the world.
The brothers performed together for three years in an acrobatic men's group, winning medals for Britain at world championships in Poland and the USA.
Meanwhile Christian has his own international career, taking the British open title in November and joining his brothers at the first major 2013 international event in UIkraine - all three came home with gold medals.
The whole family performed at the Olympics closing ceremony in front of billions of viewers last year.
The group appeared on the ITV show last month.
