The trial date for a 46-year-old man from Windsor charged with playing a role in a mortgage loan fraud worth more than £30 million has been moved.
Mark Entwistle, of Kings Road, was set to take to the stand at Croydon Crown Court on April 15, but will now appear at Southwark Crown Court on January 6.
On July 25, he entered a not guilty plea at Croydon Crown Court to 23 counts of conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation.
Seven other men are also facing varying numbers of fraud charges in relation to allegations made by lenders, who claim loans more than £30million were fraudulently obtained.
All eight are on conditional bail.
The trial has been scheduled to take up to 20 weeks.
