Daniel Hinton, 23, of Blue Bell Court in Doncaster, and Jacob Lockwood, 21, from White Street Green in Colchester, have both been charged with GBH.
They are accused of assaulting a man while on a night out at Scotch Bar, in Goswell Hill, at 10.30pm on March 16.
A 23-year-old man also arrested by police has been released without charge.
They have all been released on bail and will appear for a hearing at Slough Magistrates' Court on July 5.
More than 50 street parties are set to take place this weekend across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.
