A man has been charged after a car crash in Windsor on Monday.
Paul Brogan of Mountbatten Close, Slough, 36, was arrested in Winkfield Road, after a single vehicle collision into traffic lights at 2.20pm.
He has been charged with two counts of burglary and one count of dangerous driving.
Brogan has been released on bail and is due to appear at South West Surrey Magistrates Court in Guildford today.
But despite a a 'thorough search' police said the second man who decamped from the van and fled the scene has not been found and is still on the run.
Officers said the van had been involved in a burglary in Albury, Surrey, and was identified by the force after it reversed into a police car in Guildford and drove the wrong way up the A3 into Windsor.
