Crash, bang, wallop - what a picture.
Windsor Photographic Society ended one of its most successful seasons with the presentation of awards at an annual meeting, held in the Firestation Arts Centre in St Leonard's Road.
The club has been successful in external competitions, coming fourth in the CACC (Chilterns Association of Camera Clubs) Rosebowl finals only two points separating it from second, third and fourth places.
It will represent the CACC region in the National Finals in Warwick on July 13.
Another highlight was the annual exhibition which has just finished in Windsor's Fireststation Arts Centre and which was opened in May by legendary photographer Barry Lategan, perhaps best known as the man who discovered the model ‘Twiggy’.
Chairman Chris Towler has been succeeded by Steve Bishop, himself a former chairman.
Awards presented at the annual meeting were:
Photographer of the Year, advanced overall winner - Roger Dingley
Prints winner - Derek Minter
Digital winner - Peter Deason
Photographer of the Year, intermediate, winner - Liz Tarren
