A boot camp will be held in Windsor to raise cash for an eating disorder charity.
Personal trainers Beth Gammage, 25, and Lou Wilcockson, 33, will put people through their paces at Beauty to the Beat in Alexandra Gardens on Saturday.
The event will raise cash for Beat, a charity providing support and guidance for people struggling with eating disorders, and the people in their lives this affects.
Beth, of Grove Road, said they are holding it to launch their business and raise cash for a worthwhile cause.
They are asking for minimum donations of £3 for the two-hour session, which will be a hard workout with fun exercises using the latest fitness equipment and techniques.
It will start at 11am.
To take part just turn up on the day.
