Paul Eliades of Rydings and Marvin Cook, of Greenacre, will appear at Reading Magistrates' Court on September 25.
Eliades, 46, is accused of being the owner of pit bull terrier Bruno and allowing it to run out of control and cause injury outside Tesco in Dedworth Road on April 24.
Cook, 45, is charged with being in charge of Bruno for the same offence.
Eliades is also charged with being the owner of a dangerous dog not kept under control in Maidenhead on the same day and one count of possessing a fighting dog.
They both denied all the offences on June 28 at Slough Magistrates' Court.
