Trial awaits a suspect accused of a assaulting a man in a racially-aggravated attack in Windsor.
Russell Kennedy, of Duke Street, appeared at Reading Crown Court yesterday.
The 40-year-old denied three charges including assault by beating, and racially-aggravated assault by beating, in connection with the attack on December 5.
He also pleaded not guilty to criminal damage under £5,000 for allegedly damaging a watch worn by the victim.
Kennedy is expected to appear at the same court for trial sometime during a two-week period beginning August 19.
