Flags will be planted in Old Windsor today to show where walkers have failed to clear up after their dog.
Royal Borough community wardens are joining forces with Old Windsor Parish Council and responsible dog owners to highlight the issue of dog fouling at the recreation ground in Robin Willis Way.
Poo bags will be handed to dog walkers, and a reminder has been issued that penalty notices of £52 can be given to irresponsible owners.
Old Windsor Parish Council chairman Jane Dawson said: "It’s always the few that spoil it for the many.
"The recreation ground is not a dog's toilet."
