A team of four golfers from the Macdonald Windsor Hotel have raised more than £1,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
They took part in the Longest Day golf challenge swinging 72 holes in a single day at Donnington Grove Hotel & Country Club, near Newbury on Wednesday.
Hotel night manager Greg Brown, and colleagues Rob Borley, Stephen Johns and Gareth Long played for 17 hours as part of the Windsor Warriors team from the High Street hotel.
They each played 350 shots each and walked more than 25 miles starting at 4.30am and finishing just after 9.30pm.
Greg, who has had family and friends whose lives have been affected by cancer, said it was a 'tremendous day'.
