Windsor's hospice has changed its name from Thames Hospicecare to Thames Hospice to raise its profile.
The Hatch Lane charity said its logo and design theme have been rebranded to help increase awareness of its work.
“We are immensely proud of who we are but we don’t want to stand still,” said Thames Hospice CEO Jacqueline Clark.
“We still hold the same values and aspire to the same high standards of care, but the world has evolved over the past 25 years and so has Thames Hospice.
“To face the challenges of today, we need a brand that accurately reflects who we are, that speaks to a wide variety of audiences, and that helps us achieve our vision, to help create a world where adults facing the end of life are cared for, feel supported and achieve a good and dignified death’.
“So, we have simply refreshed our logo, name and design to make our communications simpler, stronger and more effective.
