Two men were arrested after an argument at Legoland in Windsor on Saturday.
Police were called to the theme park shortly after 4.15pm following reports of an altercation between visitors.
The men, aged 29 and 30, were arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence.
Both were given a fixed penalty notice.
In a message posted on Twitter today, Legoland has described the incident as 'an altercation between a family group and a male guest', which was 'resolved promptly' by security.
