Waffles were stolen from the ice cream outlet outside Waitrose in Windsor on Sunday.
Two thieves jumped over the counter at about 9.30pm, opened a fridge and removed several packets of waffles.
A witness gave chase and some of the packets were discarded.
The pair are both described as white, aged 13 or 14, about 5ft 5ins tall and slim.
One had blonde hair and was wearing a white t-shirt with writing across the chest, a blue hoody with stripes down the arms, grey tracksuit bottoms, and was pushing a dark coloured scooter.
The other was wearing a grey tracksuit.
Call police on 101 with information.
