The six-day ride will take place from October 6-11 and is being run by limbless veterans charity BLESMA and the Wounded Warrior Project in the US.
More than 30 wounded UK and US servicemen will leave the castle and cycle 30-50 miles a day before arriving at Horse Guards Parade for a victory lap to the Tower of London.
The route will take in iconic locations of military interest in south east England, including the site of the 1066 Battle of Hastings and Arundel Castle.
The event is also open to members of BLESMA, who are being urged to sign up and cycle alongside war heroes.
