A martial arts school is promoting the government’s ‘change for life’ programme by offering all new students the chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.

Blaze Martial Arts, based in Windsor, Ascot and Bracknell is teaching kickboxing to adults and children from the age of four. Every student that signs up for Martial Arts classes during September at any of the Blaze academies will be entered into a prize draw to win the tablet.

‘Change for Life’ is encouraging people to opt for a healthier lifestyle and to make a start by choosing one ‘change’ to make.

Justyn Billingham, chief instructor of Blaze Martial Arts’ said: “ Martial Arts is not just about punching and kicking, we teach our students discipline, respect and self confidence as well as teaching them how to protect themselves.

“It’s also high energy and great cardio exercise as well as being a great fun way of keeping fit for children and adults."
