‘Bogus builder' conmen have struck again.
They went to the home of a couple who had recently had building work done, pretending to be from the same legitimate company they had just used.
They went on the roof and removed tiles before claiming that £5,000 of work needed doing.
The couple became suspicious and police were called. But the men escaped in their black 4 by 4 vehicle, before police could get there.
