A 23-year-old man from Windsor has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after two men were seriously injured at Reading station toilets.
A second man, 23-year-old man from Camberley was also arrested for assault after the incident, which took place on Sunday, 13 September. Both have been bailed until Saturday, November 2.
British Transport Police detectives are appealing for witnesses.
Detective Constable Martin Coburn, the investigating officer, said a dispute started on the main station concourse shortly after 11.15pm, continuing into the toilets where the attack happened.
He said: “One man, a 36-year-old from Basingstoke, was assaulted and fell unconscious. Another man, a 19-year-old from Swallowfield, stepped in to stop the disorder but was turned on by two men and received a split earlobe.”
