The charity CARE International is calling on families to 'walk all over poverty' in Windsor and help raise money for life-saving essentials to families in crisis.
Starting in Alexandra Gardens, the 10km or 24km walk will take in the Thames Path and Jubilee Path and the Long Walk is included in the longer version on Sunday, October 20.
The route is buggy-friendly and dogs are also welcome for families or individuals to walk and raise cash for people in need.
CARE responds to humanitarian emergencies, helping families survive and rebuild their lives such as those fleeing the conflict in war-torn Syria.
Visit www.carechallenge.org.uk/walk or call 0207 0916111 for details.
