Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead, Cllr Andrew Jenner, joined the hundreds of people who made a splash on Sunday for the 17th annual Lions Club of Windsor Swimathon.
He became the first mayor ever to swim in the event at Windsor Leisure Centre in Stovell Road.
This year saw a record 56 teams take part in the swimathon.
More than £12,000 was raised on the day.
