A 29-year-old from Windsor is due to face trial for assault by beating and for possessing a knife in a public place
Scott Blair, of Park Corner, is also being tried for stealing £27.64 worth of cigarettes and alcohol from a Co-operative Food store. All the charges are said to have taken place in Windsor on July 2-3.
Blair was due to appear for trial at Reading Crown Court on Monday, but has now been placed on the warned list to appear within two weeks from November 4.
