The little and the large competed for attention when Windsor and Slough Chrysanthemum, Fuchsia and Pelargonium Society held its fifth show of the year.
It was chrysanthemum night at Gardeners Hall in St Leonards Road, Windsor, and judge Allen Munday had his work cut out judging the many offerings.
Society secretary Eric Wiles said: "We had more entries than we have had for many a year."
John Marshall won the trophy for best large exhibition plant, while Ted Love won three for the smaller 'charm' displays.
Deputy Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead, Cllr John Lenton, and Deputy Mayoress Margaret Lenton, came along to give their support.
Members held a minute's silence in memory of judge Eric Grant and Ted Bailey from the Allotment Association at the event on Tuesday, November 5.
