Ian Garnett retired on New Year's Eve as gardens team supervisor after working at the Crown Estate for 32 years.
Eight years were spent working in the Royal Gardens and the Royal Mews.
This included three years as a groom assisting the Duke of Edinburgh with his carriage driving activities.
Rob McGee has worked on the estate as a carpenter for 33 years.
Others honoured include the Queen's swan marker David Barber who has been made an MVO.
Royal Borough leader David Burbage was made an MBE.Met Office chief executive John Hirst, from Maidenhead, was made a CBE.
Brand expert Rita Clifton, from Marlow, also got a CBE, for services to the advertising industry and Michael Acton Smith, also from Marlow, an OBE.
He is the founder of Moshi Monsters.
