A man facing charges of assault, racially aggravated assault and criminal damage has been cleared of all of them.
Russell Kennedy, 40, formerly of Duke Street, Windsor was found not guilty on Thursday after a trial at Reading Crown Court that lasted three days.
The 'criminal damage' charge had related to a watch worth £5,000 belonging to the alleged victim.
