Coral suspended betting on whether the Queen will abdicate in 2014 after a bet of £200 was placed in one of their Windsor branches.
Odds were slashed on the Prince of Wales becoming the next King into 1-20 from 1-2 but Coral took the decision to stop betting, on Monday and to pay out on all bets on him becoming King.
Nicola McGeady, spokeswoman for Coral said: "All the signs now suggest Prince Charles will be crowned King at some stage, so we'e decided to bite the bullet and pay out all bets.
"We suspended betting on the Queen abdicating in 2014 last week after a significant gamble and since then all the money has been on Prince Charles, and not William, becoming the next King."
