A driver from Windsor won a new BMW worth £24,000 after being picked from 10,000 prize draw entrants.
Libby Shuttle entered the draw, run by The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents, at the end of last year when she had her flat appraised by the Chancellors Ascot team.
The 32-year-old was previously driving a Peugeot 206 and was expecting to pay a substantial amount on maintenance. She collected the car on Saturday, March 1.
She said: "It's so exciting to win such a wonderful prize and it will be great to get my Peugeot off to the scrap heap."
Robert Scott-Lee, managing director of Chancellors, said: "It's a pleasure to see Libby winning such a fantastic prize. The enormous response to our prize draw confirms the high number of people looking to sell or let their property at this time of year."
