Scotty the Stag does not need 'egging on' to support a good cause.
The Windsor Football Club mascot travelled all the way to Somerset to take part in the annual charity fun day egg-and-spoon race at Wincanton Racecourse on Sunday, April 13.
He took on 12 other mascots from across the country and came in sixth - but he was not too disappointed. The big winner of the day was the Children's Trust. The day raised nearly £500 for the trust which supports children across the UK with complex disabilities.
Scotty also took part in the mascot tug of war in the parade ring.
Michael Gegg from Windsor Supporters Club said: "Scotty thoroughly enjoyed his day out and really loves being able to support these events for the Children's Trust."
