Licensing councillors will meet on Tuesday to decide whether to allow a proposed new wine bar in St Leonard's Road, Windsor, to serve alcohol until 2am.
Applicants Katie Riach and Tracy Redington are proposing to establish the wine bar on the site of the old restaurant at 5 St Leonard's Road.
They want a licence for live music until midnight Wednesday to Sunday with alcohol sold till 12.45am Sunday to Tuesday and 2am Wednesday to Saturday.
The application would bring the 'night time economy' firmly into a largely residential area of St Leonard's Road and is facing some opposition.
The meeting of the Royal Borough's licensing panel sub-committee to decide on the applications takes place at the Windsor Guildhall from 6.30pm.
