A new late night champagne and cocktail lounge has been given the go-ahead by licensing councillors - but it will not be allowed to stay open until 2am at weekends.
Tracy Redington and Katie Riach have been granted a license by Royal Borough licensing sub-committee members to set up their new bar on the site of a former restaurant in St Leonard's Road, Windsor.
But councillors listened to the concerns of residents who attended the hearing at the Guildhall on Tuesday, May 6.
They imposed a 1am closing time Monday to Saturday. The applicants had applied to close 2am from Wednesday to Saturday and 1am between Sunday and Tuesday.
The premises must also close at 11pm Sunday.
