Bestselling author Isabel Wolff will be visiting Waterstones bookshop in Peascod Street, Windsor, on Wednesday.
The bestselling author of the Trials of Tiffany Trott has a new book out called Ghostwritten - a study of a ghost writer who specialises in helping others tell their story, while trying to bury haunting memories from her own childhood.
As she helps another woman tell her story of a terrible childhood interned in a camp in Java, her own memories start to crowd back.
Also at Waterstones on the same evening will be Dinah Jefferies, a debut novelist whose book The Separation tells a harrowing story set in the Far East of a woman betrayed by her husband and separated from her daughters.
Tickets for the evening - which begins at 7.30pm - are available for £3, redeemable against the price of a book on the night. They are available in store or on 01753 856456.
