Charlotte Fielder is volunteer services manager at Thames Hospice, which is based at Pine Lodge, Hatch Lane, Windsor.
She said: "I'll be at the open day and I'll be happy to answer any questions. I'll have a stack of volunteer application forms."
The event is being held at the hospice's Homestore and Distribution Centre in Tinkers Lane, Windsor betweeen 1.30pm and 5pm.
Volunteers can range from people who sell furniture at the Homestore for the hospice, to those who work with patients at Pine Lodge itself or in their own homes.

It costs £5.5million every year to run the charity which is free and provides a 24 hour service at Pine Lodge, a day service at Heatherwood Hospital, Ascot and support in patients' own homes.
