Charlotte Fielder is volunteer services manager at Thames Hospice, which is based at Pine Lodge, Hatch Lane, Windsor.

Volunteers can range from people who sell furniture at the Homestore for the hospice, to those who work with patients at Pine Lodge itself or in their own homes.
