A donation of £300 has been given to the Windsor and Eton Sea Cadets to help them take part in boating and sporting activities.
The youth group, based in Stovell Road, received the donation from the MARS Milk Play Fund which was set up to help clubs and groups play more.
Lynne Gardner, unit management committee secretary, said: "This donation from the MARS Milk Play Fund couldn't have come at a better time.
"We can now provide additional equipment for our activities which will hopefully encourage more people to join."
The cadets take part in activities such as kayaking, rowing, power-boating, sailing, and swimming, based on the traditions of the Royal Navy and the Royal Marines.
