Every seven-year-old lad fancies his chances of becoming a great fighter.
So Burnham boy Ethan Quinn was thrilled to bits when he found himself matched against English mixed martial artist and former Cage Rage featherweight champion Brad Pickett at Windsor's 5 Star Gym.
Ethan, who lives in Wendover Road, met Brad at the Vale Road gym on Wednesday and could not resist having a go.
Ethan needs an operation to help him walk without splints and his parents Karen and Wayne are fundraising hard, as it is not available on the National Health in this area.
Visiting the gym with Ethan was Windsor lass Vivi Gregory-Osborne, also seven, whose folks are also fundraising to pay for a similar operation. Two against one - poor Brad did not stand a chance.
Vivi's mum Helen is also fundraising and the team at the gym have been supporting them all the way. Vivi is due to have her operation next week.
Brad trains regularly at 5 Star so was delighted to meet the feisty youngsters and make them both laugh.
