About £12,500 in sponsor money was raised when 53 teams of swimmers took part in the event at Windsor Leisure Centre yesterday.
Teams made up of schools, youth groups, charities and even the armed forces all swam for their favourite causes at the Stovell Road fitness centre.
Starting at 8am and carrying on until 5pm, teams swam for 55 minutes with individuals taking it in turns to do two lengths.
Lions Club Windsor member, Mike Sells, said the day had exceeded expectations.
"The whole event has run like clockwork. There has been a great amount of teams and plenty of money pledged," he said.
"It is an easy way for people to raise money and enjoy themselves."
